Items not sold within 3 months of receipt will be red tagged for 50% less than initial sale price

Items will be kept for a duration of 6 months.

Upstairs Closet will donate to a charity of choice within Chatham-Kent

Proceeds are 40/60 split on the sale price received by Upstairs Closet

Payments will be available for pick-up on the last FRIDAY of EACH MONTH
